Andrew is an adept commercial litigator with experience across a wide range of high-value civil fraud and commercial disputes.
With a recent focus on complex civil fraud proceedings – covering both substantive trials, foreign enforcement of judgments and applications for urgent interim relief – Andrew’s career has also seen him work on challenging commercial disputes, fraud and regulatory investigations and anti-money laundering matters.
Andrew was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in New Zealand in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in music and philosophy, from the University of Auckland.
Andrew joined PCB Litigation in September 2019, prior to which worked in the litigation team of one of New Zealand’s leading commercial law firms.
