Trevor Mascarenhas of PCB Byrne was delighted to attend the recent ICC FraudNet conference in Warsaw and participate in a panel session on largely untested strategies for enforcement against sovereigns with Tara Plochocki, Kathryn Karssiens, Jacques-Alexandre Genet,Yves Klein and Thomas Eymond-Laritaz. With big thanks to Jaroslaw Kruk and Joanna Bogdańska for organising.

In a similar vein of untested strategies, Trevor has penned a short piece on how recent English cases may have forged a path to expanding the jurisdiction of the English Court in a way that may not have been previously envisioned.
