We have acted in many investigations and prosecutions concerning individuals under scrutiny for alleged cartel behaviour. Our team has extensive expertise in advising as to the most important steps to take at early stages of CMA investigations.

PCB Byrne can leverage the experience and expertise of its civil team to provide a rounded and holisitic service, in circumstances where authorities often pursue parallel civil investigations concerning corporates under investigation.

We also have a wide network of firms and contacts overseas (particularly in Europe and the US) who we are able to call upon for assistance in matters that are being actively pursued across multiple jurisdictions (as is often the case).
