Involvement in ancillary proceedings is a unique circumstance where they have already provided an account in a public environment. In addition to this, their involvement in the public inquiry means that they have access to vast amounts of documentation at a very early stage of the ancillary proceedings.
This is a significant and unique position and one which must be considered carefully. We have extensive experience advising clients on ancillary proceedings, this includes preparing them to attend a police interview under caution, drafting prepared statements and letters of representation and also preparing for trial.
