We work at the cutting edge of the law, using the full legal armoury to obtain results for our clients, including Search Orders, Norwich Pharmacal Orders and Bankers Trust Orders. Cases are often complex and international by nature, with Worldwide Freezing Orders and ancillary freezing orders used to freeze assets in multiple jurisdictions, simultaneously.

We have secured recoveries for our clients of hundreds of millions of pounds, unravelling complicated structures involving offshore discretionary trusts, Jersey foundations, Liechtenstein anstalts, nominee owners and webs of companies spanning several jurisdictions.
