Next week, our partner, Ben Davies will be at the Informa Asset Recovery Asia conference in Kuala Lumpur and will be speaking on the ‘Cross-border enforcement strategy: Coordinating recovery in a fragmented world’ panel. This session will explore how practitioners can anticipate challenges early, aligning civil, criminal, and regulatory approaches across jurisdictions, as well as discussing, coordinating between legal systems, enforcing judgments and awards, and managing local sensitivities. Accompanying Ben on the panel are; Jessica Li of Fangda Partners, Sarocha Thongperm of Capital Law and Soorjya Ganguli of Argus Partners.
