The London International Disputes Week (LIDW) is four weeks away and, once again, delegates from the disputes community worldwide are expected to gather, for what appears to be the largest one yet.

PCB Byrne are co-hosting two sessions, and you can now register:

Final & Conclusive: Successfully Enforcing Judgments at Common Law. Join Hugh Miall KC and Jessica Lavelle from XXIV Old Buildings, and our own Nick Ractliff and Harley Freemantle for a breakfast where they will discuss critical issues and defences commonly raised, recent decisions, questions of jurisdiction, public policy and multiple damages. Join us at Piazza Italiana, 38 Threadneedle St, London EC2R 8AY, from 8.30 am on 3 June 2026. You can view details on this session and register here.

Following the Digital Silk Road: Recovering Crypto Assets in the Far East. Michael Leeds of Interpath and Wendy Lin of WongPartnership LLP will join PCB Byrne's Trevor Mascarenhas and Chloe Fleming in a session which will explore the ways in which traditional processes are being used to identify and gather novel crypto assets.  Join us at the Law Society Hall, 113 Chancery Lane, WC2A 1PL, from 11.30 am on 4 June 2026. You can view details on this session and register here.

The Breakfast session will service breakfast before the panel discussion, whereas the lunch session will be followed by drinks and canapes, in both of which you can speak with the panellists.
