Chloe is an associate in our civil fraud and commercial disputes team.  She is an experienced commercial litigator who has acted across a broad range of civil, regulatory and criminal proceedings.

Before joining PCB Byrne, Chloe was an intermediate associate at New Zealand's largest litigation firm, where she worked as both a civil litigator and criminal prosecutor for the Office of the Crown Solicitor in Auckland, New Zealand.  Chloe has played a key role in several complex and high-profile disputes, including significant product liability, fair trading and negligence claims.
