Hannah is a criminal litigator with experience in both white-collar crime and general criminal investigations including defending allegations of money laundering, Account Freezing Orders, fraud by false representation and fraud abuse of position.

Hannah's experience covers a wide range of investigations brough by the Crown Prosecutions Service (CPS), Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Royal Mail and National Trading Standards. She also has experience of Restraint Proceedings, internal investigations, and has represented both individuals and corporate entities in bringing judicial reviews against public bodies.

Background

Prior to training as a solicitor, Hannah spent two years working at the SFO on one of the largest bribery and corruption investigations and completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).
