Boris Telyatnikov will be speaking at Dubai Arbitration Week 2026

Next week, in connection with Dubai Arbitration Week 2026, our partner, Boris Telyatnikov will be speaking at two events.
 
The first, ‘How the New Global Reality Is Reshaping Disputes in the MENA Region’, is an event co-organised by Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co. LLP (K&Co.), SW Tenet, and THE LAW on Monday, 09 November, which will examine, how geopolitical shifts and evolving legal risks are reshaping cross-border disputes, asset protection and enforcement strategies, and what these developments mean for businesses operating internationally. Boris will be on Panel 2 and joined by Olga Tsvetkova of Brevia, Sultan Al Ghafri of K&Co., Hadi N. El Kadi of Al Habtoor Group, Mr Kirill Udovichenko of Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners (MZS) and event moderator, Murat Karakas of SW Tenet.
 
On Tuesday, 10 November, the DIAC Annual Conference will bring together various stakeholders of the international arbitration community for dialogue, exchange of ideas and networking. Boris will be joined on Panel 2 by Maxim Petchenko of Gazprom Neft (St Petersburg), Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab of Zulficar & Partners (Cairo), Zoe O’Sullivan KC of Serle Court (London), Julia Zagonek of Alyff (Dubai) and event moderator, Vladimir Talanov of EPAM Law (St Petersburg).
