  • Acted for defendant company directors in a claim concerning an alleged breach of a multi-million pound joint venture agreement.
  • Acted for a defendant in a claim for specific performance of a £23 million sale and purchase agreement.
  • Acted for a claimant in a dispute concerning deceit and misrepresentation in relation to bank financing requirements.

Background

Zac was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in economics, from the University of Canterbury. Zac joined PCB Byrne in 2024, prior to which he worked in the litigation teams of two of New Zealand's leading commercial law firms
