Before joining PCB Byrne, Olivia worked at one of Australia's leading commercial law firms and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Olivia has acted for domestic and international clients on complex commercial disputes, financial regulation, and investigations. Olivia's experience includes defending financial institutions and senior executives from regulatory actions and investigations, acting for directors of a significant global mining company in relation to alleged breaches of directors' duties and oppression, defending class action proceedings, advising on Royal Commissions, and acting for a global pharmaceutical company in proceedings brought by the Australian Commonwealth government.

  • Defending various Uber entities in class action proceedings brought by members of the Australian taxi industry.
  • Advising an ASX listed financial services group in relation to an investigation brought by the Australian financial regulator.
