Joshua Colk
Paralegal

Joshua is a paralegal in PCB Byrne’s civil litigation department and provides support on commercial dispute matters.

Previously, he worked in a regional firm's Dispute Resolution team, assisting on claims relating to clinical negligence, personal injury and civil liberties. He has gained hands on experience during inquests and a trial for a claim of malicious prosecution against a public authority concerning allegations of financial crime. 

Background

Joshua studied his LLB at the University of Bristol and alongside litigation, has an interest in law and policy relating to the space industry. Joshua is also a member of the academic NGO, the Space Court Foundation.
