Ben is an associate in our commercial litigation department.

His practice focuses on complex, high-value commercial disputes for both individual and corporate clients. He has experience with contractual, fraud and tortious disputes, as well as with insolvency proceedings.

Notable Experience

  • Defending a high net worth individual against allegations that he fraudulently procured an eight-figure GBP judgment in the Middle East, thereby preventing enforcement over an asset in London.
  • Acting for off-shore professional directors in a joint venture dispute, in which one of the JV partners was accused by the other of multiple frauds including misappropriating funds, fabricating invoices and concealing subleases.
  • Representing the introducer of a bond in a High Court claim against the master introducer company, its directors, the bond companies and their shareholders, in a breach of contract/conspiracy case.
  • Bringing a professional negligence/fraud action on behalf of insolvency practitioners against an expert witness accused of fabricating documents and perjuring himself, thereby thwarting nine-figure High Court litigation.
