On Thursday, 8 October, our Partner Matthew Wescott will be speaking at the ThoughtLeaders4 Financial Services Disputes Forum in London, on the panel "Understanding the Future of Collective Actions in Financial Services Disputes".

The panel will look at the FCA's decision on the motor finance redress scheme, where future liabilities for financial institutions may lie, and how group securities litigation is developing. 

Matthew will be joined by Belinda Hollway and Rory Spillman, with Chris Busby moderating.
