We are looking forward to attending the ICC FraudNet Cross-Border Asset Recovery International Conference in Shanghai, on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

Our Senior Partner, Trevor Mascarenhas, will be a panellist on a discussion around ‘Recognition and Enforcement of Chinese Judgments and Awards Offshore’, whereas Anthony Riem will be speaking in a panel on ‘Special Remedies for Chinese Victims: Criminal-Civil Coordination and Offshore Evidence Gathering’. 

Both talks draw on PCB Byrne’s growing body of work for Chinese clients in cross-border fraud and asset recovery, and reflect the firm’s standing within FraudNet’s international network of specialists.
