Following the ICC FraudNet Conference in Shanghai, we are heading to Hangzhou to attend a seminar, part of China Arbitration Week, co-organised by Han Kun Law Offices and (CIETAC) China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission on Monday, 14 September 2026.

Our Partner, Anthony Riem will be speaking on ‘Recognition and Enforcement of PRC Judgments and Arbitral Awards Overseas’. He will be accompanied on the panel by Sam Wong and David Gu of Han Kun Law Offices.

Our Senior Partner, Trevor Mascarenhas will also be speaking at this seminar on the topic, ‘Tracing Assets and Obtaining Evidence Across Borders: Investigation, Discovery and Disclosure Tools’. Joining Trevor on this panel will be Martin Kenney of MKS Law and Joseph Rome of Sequor Law.
