We are looking forward to next week’s ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE | TL4FIRE Channel Islands & Isle of Man Conference in Jersey. Our partner, Nick Ractliff, will be speaking on the opening day, Tuesday 16 June, on the panel ‘Tactical Tools for Asset Recovery’.

Nick will join Elena Fedorova of Fedorova Avocat and Tobias Thaler of Nater Dallafior and together they will be exploring the tactical landscape of cross-border enforcement, covering the scope of freezing orders and the effective use of disclosure remedies and strategies for preventing asset dissipation.
