With a 6-week trial due to commence in April 2024, the eagerly awaited final instalment of a long-running battle between Alexander Gorbachev and Andrei Guriev has been named by The Lawyer as one of its top 20 cases of the year.

The allegations in this high-profile case concern ownership of PhosAgro, a global chemicals company listed on the London Stock Exchange, based on events dating back over 2 decades.
