• Acting for an individual in a fraud case brought by a private prosecutor.
• Acting for a senior executive in a pre-charge multi-jurisdictional investigation regarding allegations including money laundering and bribery brought by HMRC.
• Acting for Airbus S.E. in a global investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, and the subsequent €3.6bn settlements with the SFO, PNF, US DOJ, and DOS.
• Representing a state government in relation to a multi-jurisdictional investigation into historic fraud amounting to over US$1 billion.
• Assisting with the interview process of an independent investigation into the Financial Conduct Authority relating to its regulation and oversight of London Capital & Finance plc.

Sam qualified at Dechert LLP in 2020, having previously studied history at Durham University, and joined PCB Byrne shortly thereafter. He has been involved in pro-bono projects providing representation to immigrants in the UK and currently volunteers as an education advocate at the Communities Empowerment Network.
