Hannah’s experience covers a wide range of investigations brough by the Crown Prosecutions Service (CPS), Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Royal Mail and National Trading Standards. She also has experience of Restraint Proceedings, internal investigations, and has represented both individuals and corporate entities in bringing judicial reviews against public bodies.
