One of our Trainee Solicitors, Caitlin has experience supporting across a range of complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation proceedings.

Caitlin assists the team in various dispute resolution matters and has had particular involvement in cases involving asset recovery and the cross-border enforcement of judgments and awards.

Notable experience
  • Multiple disputes in various jurisdictions concerning the enforcement of a £450 million judgment that the client had been awarded in financial remedy proceedings.
  • For a defendant in claims brought by the Libyan Investment Authority.
Background
Caitlin graduated from the University of Reading in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws, and went on to obtain a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin worked within the White Collar Litigation and Investigations team of a US law firm.
